I am running a Windows 10 Pro Version 22H2 desktop with a EVGA Z97 Classified Motherboard (EVGA 152-HR-E979). Recently, I installed these Windows updates; image

Currently these are the Audio input and outputs (I do not know why there are duplicates.): image

In settings, I cannot even see any devices:

I also noticed that whenever I view the properties of any of the inputs/outputs I see this:

I have tried reinstalling drivers, installing new drivers, etc. I appreciate any advice!

  • With Plug and Play devices, often easiest is to remove drivers, then reboot and let Windows find them locally or download them. Alternative:, if you have a disk image made before the Windows updates, save any recent work, restore the image, then put the work back.
